It also helps fight from the growth of bacteria that are responsible for strep throat. Capsaicin present in cayenne pepper helps to flush out toxin and other infection causing agents out of the body.

  • Take one teaspoon of honey and three garlic cloves, mix it with one-fourth of cayenne powder.
  • Use one-half teaspoon of this mixture in every one hour, four to five times a day.
  • Avoid drinking water immediately after taking this mixture, wait for at least 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Boil a water and add one tablespoon of lemon juice and one-fourth teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
