1.) Asafetida to Prevent a Toothache

Asafetida works as a powerful remedy to prevent a toothache. It is very useful when we talk about dental problems. Asafetida relives the bleeding gums, toothache and cavities. It kills the germs by antibiotic properties. This spice is easily available and is cost friendly. To try this remedy, take half a teaspoon of asafetida powder. Make its paste with a few drops of water. Now apply this paste on the affected area with the help of cotton or fingers. Keep it for some time. Alternatively, you can make a peppermint tea. All you need to do is take some peppermint leaves and boil them in a cup of water. You can also add some black pepper, clove powder to make it more effective. 9.) Clove to Cure a Toothache

Clove is essential to cure a toothache. It consists of the substance called eugenol, which is a powerful antiseptic and painkiller. Clove helps to numb the affected area and therefore it relieves the pain from the tooth. It also suppresses the pain receptors and blocks the sensation of pain. To try this remedy, take some pieces of clove. Crush them to make its paste. Now apply this paste on the affected area. Keep it for 1 hour. Do not eat anything in the meanwhile. 10.) Onion to Cure a Toothache
