Take a fresh piece of ginger and chew it after having your meal if you can. Otherwise, you can add it to your food. Alternatively, you can also grind up the ginger and take out its juice. Have it. One can also prepare  ginger tea by grating it and boil it in a cup of water. You can try any of this method to prevent gas pains.

2.) Garlic to Cure Gas Pains

Garlic helps in digestion. It is pungent in smell and due to this quality, it helps in reducing the gastric. It works very effectively and stimulates the gastric system. Garlic stimulates the digestion and helps to alleviate gas pains. You can take a lobe of garlic and mash it. Add this paste into boiling water. Cool it for 20 minutes and drink it.
