If you get a razor burn, first of all, wash the wound with a mild soap. After this apply a cold compress with the help of ice. The cold temperature will help to numb  the  blood vessels. Due to this, the rate of blood flow will slow down. A Cold compress will soothe the pain, reduce inflammation and swelling. Take some ice cubes in a cloth. Wrap it and put on the burn for 2-3 minutes. Don’t over cool it as it can damage your skin. Alternatively, you can take a piece of ice and directly put on a wound.
